The house is entered by a wide door into a spacious hall. To the left is the larger reception room which is well furnished including a settee, armchairs and a Smart TV with blue ray player. French television channels are available via broadband and English language programs via Free Sat.
The other room has a bed settee and armchairs and a CD/MP3/tape player.
At the end of the hall is a large kitchen with a pellet stove, gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and electric multipurpose cooker together with an electric kettle, toaster and electric caffetiere.
The sink is in a small back kitchen which also has a dishwasher.
The large garage leads off the hall to the right. At the back of the garage is a toilet and a utility room with a washing machine.
Upstairs are three double bedrooms, one of which has a further room leading off it. Three bedrooms have double beds. The fourth off bedroom 3 has a bed which is either a single or double, a folding bed suitable for a child or small adult. Additionally there is a travelling cot suitable for a child up to the age of 2. There is ample storage space for clothes.
The bathroom is complete with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.
There is an attic upstairs as yet unused.
The very private courtyard leads off the kitchen. Although not large it has trees and shrubs, plus an electric awning if the sun is too hot.
It is equipped with table and chairs for outside dining and a barbecue.
