Terms and Conditions of Rental
- The bookings will be on a first come first served basis
- A deposit of £200 will be required to secure a booking, a receipt will be emailed by the owner as confirmation of the booking
- The rental must be paid in full 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.
- In the event of cancellation the deposit will be retained unless the house can be relet
- The deposit will be retained until it is confirmed that the house is left in the same state as arrival, any additional cleaning and/or breakages charges will be deducted from the deposit
- The house is insured but this does not include ant personal items of the guests.
- The rental period will be from 4pm on the start date until 10am on the date of departure
- The renter will not exceed the number of guests agreed at the time of booking.
- The guests agree to take good care of the property and contents.
- Use of the facilities are entirely at the renter’s risk.
- The owner will not be liable for any stoppage of external supplies of electricity & water. If there are issues with equipment within the house these will be addressed as soon as possible but no guarantees can be given. No liability on the part of the owner can exceed the rental cost.
